I've created a New Year's card using Doodlebug's "North Pole" collection and a photo I took in the park I walk the dog every morning.

To  create a "snow" illusion I've added some shiny pearls to the photo:

Supplies: Patterned Paper, Cute Cuts Die Cuts, Doodle Twine: all Doodlbug's North Pole collection.
