Smash Up Challenge: Bag in a Box by Tya

Hi there Doodlebug friends - it's Tya and it is my turn to show you my Smash Up Challenge project. My color is the adorable Swimming Pool and I am sharing with you the cute Bag in a Box. It's no secret that I love making cute bags and boxes to hold small gifts so when I was looking through Pinterest I came across these super fun boxes AND a tutorial on how to make them. They were created originally by our amazing Design Team Coordinator - Lori Allred. I just loved her original ones and so I was inspired by her to make some of my own. I followed her instructions found here to make the boxes.  

I decided to add some small lotion and body sprays to my bags.They were the perfect size.

 For the embellishments I used a Lily White Mini Doily, some Swimming Pool layed flowers and leaf punch outs and matte sprinkles. The bag is tied with some Swimming Pool Chunky Twine and then a Swimming Pool Mini Clothespin finishes the bag off.

 Hopefully I have inspired you to make a few of these bags- they are really quick and easy to whip up. Thanks for the inspiration Lori! Happy Crafting everyone!
