LOTS O' LUCK - Layout | with Jana

I think every little (and big) girl goes through a phrase of loving unicorns and rainbows. If you are one of those girls (and WHO isn't?!) you are going to want to spend a day playing with the Lots O' Luck collection with all of its rainbow and unicorn goodness! For my daughter's 14th birthday, I had my bestie bake her this darling unicorn cake as a surprise. She loved it! It was perfect with it's rainbow colored mane, golden horn, and delicious pink, Funfetti cake inside.

I began this page by using the Swimming Pool Dots/Stripes paper for my background. I then added a series of patterned paper strips for my photos to rest upon. I gave the main photo a triple mat with white cardstock, Raspberry Textured Cardstock, and the Gold Sugar Coated Cardstock. I called even more attention to the main photo by placing a large circle of Lots O' Luck paper (green argyle) behind it. For the title, I used a sticker from the This & That Sticker Sheet. I just love that rainbow and the sentiment, "You Color My World." I accented this corner of the page with a couple of die cut clouds from the Odds & Ends pack, and Gold Sprinkles. You KNOW I had to add a unicorn to a page about a unicorn cake! Isn't she cute with her rosy cheeks and rainbow mane and tail?! I paired her with a couple of hearts from the Odds & Ends pack and then added Matte Sprinkles and Gold Sprinkles to the hearts for dimension. These papers make me smile every time I pull them out to play with them and you will, too! Have fun!
