Happy St Patrick's Day crafty crew! It's Niella here on the blog today and I have a Lucky scrapbook layout featuring everything cheerful, colourful and fun to share with you! I've started with a sheet of 11 x 11" white textured cardstock that I backed with a sheet of 12 x12" Over the Rainbow Sweet Spring Garden patterned paper. Next I gathered the Over the Rainbow monochromic embellishments, as well as the matching doodle twine and strung it across the page to give a clothesline effect! Gold!
I had the luck o' the Irish putting this page together and you'll have a field day selecting your mono accents and scrap lifting this page. Can you spot the tiniest photo of my youngest being extra cheeky and screaming with happiness? He's my lucky charm(er)!
You could even add machine stitching if you like. I have, as I like the extra texture that it creates.
Try stringing the doodle twine through the mini tags and knot the ends; you can layer several tags from the 6x6" paper pad together as well and add extras like some of the This & That stickers and dot some sprinkles here and there. See how that mini doodle paperclip looks perfect holding that wee photo.
Add some tiny triangles for bunting along the doodle twine and use sprinkles and puffy stickers to decorate as well.
Super adorable + easy to put together because everything coordinates, don't you think? Whatever you create, it'll be a pot of gold!
