SWEET & SPOOKY HAUNTED HOUSE MINI ALBUM | with Kathy

I'm so excited to be kicking off some Sweet & Spooky inspiration today!  Doodlebug's Halloween collections have always been among my favorites, and this one does not disappoint!  The new color palette is fabulous!  While looking through all of the fun icons, I found a "not so" spooky haunted house and decided to design a mini album around it.  Take a peek...

The base for my album is a new SVG file that will be available soon... the Sweet & Spooky Haunted House #1.  I used this file as the covers for my gusseted accordion album.  I used a combination of 12 x 12 papers from the Sweet & Spooky Collection, some Sweet & Spooky Coordinating Textured Cardstock and some Petite Prints to piece the covers together.  I decorated my cover with some of the cutest puffy stickers ever, and the acetate moon from the Odds & Ends.  The acetate pieces are so fun!

I wanted my album to stand up like a real house, so I could display it more easily.  The album is held closed by a small velcro dot.

When you open the book, the pages accordion out.  There's lots of places for photos & journaling!

I used a combination of patterned papers, Odds & Ends, Puffy Stickers, Bits & Pieces, Chit Chat pieces, Icon and This and That Stickers to decorate the inside pages.  Here are some close-ups...

My favorite is that adorable black kitty!  He looks just like my boy Jax!!  Now if I can get my twenty-something kiddo to send me some fun Halloween photos, I'll be able to fill it up!
