Hey friends! Brianna Lepper here and I’ve got another layout featuring the Sweet & Spooky collection. This collection is full of so many great elements to document your Halloween moments and I’m constantly being inspired as I work with this collection more and more. Here’s my page:
To start, I used a piece of white cardstock as my base and matted it using the Spooky Sprinkles 12x12 patterned paper. I also distressed and tore into the edges of my cardstock to give it a messy look. I then trimmed down these 12x12 papers into small panels: How Sweet It Is, Sweet & Spooky and Bitty Boos. I wanted to build some scenes on each one, so I chose these specific patterns to make sure each one didn’t get too busy.
Here’s one of the scenes that I created using the Odds & Ends pack, Puffy Icons Stickers and the Cardstock Sticker sheet. I LOVE all of the tiny icons. They’re perfect for small scenes like this one!
For my title, I used a phrase from the Chit Chat pack and layered it right on my photo. This photo is of me and my best friend at our work Halloween party a few years ago. That title went perfectly with it! And I love that the little ghosties frame the photo as well. So cute!
For the top panel, I layered a circle piece from the Bits + Pieces pack and added a few pumpkins from the Odds & Ends pack on top of it. Next, I adhered a few smaller elements from the Puffy Icons sticker sheet. It turned out to be such a fun embellishment cluster!
For some finishing touches, I sprinkled in the small circle stickers from the Spooky Spiders Shape Sprinkles and did some ink splattering with black paint.
Thank you so much for stopping by today, I hope that I’ve inspired you in some way! Creating large panels with patterned paper allows you to display some of the beautiful papers in a collection and it also provides some fun spaces for your photo and embellishments. See you next time friends. Have the best week!
