BUNNY HOP YOU'RE MY HONEY BUNNY LAYOUT | with Brianna

Hey friends! Brianna Lepper here today and I'm so ready for my girls first Easter! I bought her the cutest bunny ears to wear and just had to scrapbook photos of her wearing them. What better collection to use than Bunny Hop! Here's my page:

I thought it would be so cute to keep a bunny theme going on my page and I was immediately inspired to do so by using the cute bunny metal die from the Bunny Basket Doodle Cut set. It resembles the marshmallow Peep candies and it's so adorable. Instead of using patterned paper for the bunnies, I decided to use the coordinating cardstock pack and I'm so glad that I did. It really made them pop off of the page.

I chose the Lily White cardstock as my base and for some extra color, I trimmed a couple of narrow strips of the 12x12 Bunny Hop paper and adhered it to the top and bottom of my page. I then took all of my die cut bunnies, popped them up on foam tape and arranged them in a circle in the middle of my page.

I left an open space on the right side of my bunny wreath for my photos that I matted using the 6x6 Paper Pad. I chose a banner piece from the Chit Chat pack and adhered that right on my photos. It was the perfect title and it was also the perfect color since it went right in the pink section of my wreath. I decided to embellish tone on tone or aka color blocking so I kept that in mind when selecting my title. I wanted to add a few bunny embellishments and the Honey Bunny Doodle-Pop was perfect to put down right next to my photos. Adorable!

Next, I wanted to add smaller embellishments around my wreath. Ones that wouldn't take away from my die cut bunnies or make it too busy. So I used floral stickers from the Puffy Icons Stickers, Icons Stickers and the Hello Spring Shape Sprinkles sheets. They added the perfect little touches around the wreath.

For some extra color, I took some Distress Oxide ink pads in coordinating colors and splattered it in each color section.

Here's one last look at this cute honey bunny page!!!

Thank you so much for stopping by today, I hope that I've inspired you in some way. It's a lot of fun to add die cut pieces to your scrapbook pages! See you in my next post friends.

BUNNY HOP EASTER FAMILY FUN LAYOUT | with Nathalie

Time is passing so fast, and we are all getting ready to celebrate Easter! Though my kids are not little anymore, I still have so many memories of all the times they loved all things bunny for this holiday. So, I pulled a few pictures and the fun Bunny Hop  collection to create this layout.

I wanted to pull colors and patterns to my layout, so the idea of creating a sunburst design just popped in my mind.

I pulled some 12x12 paper pieces and 6x6 Paper Pad pieces, and trimmed them into long triangles. I made sure that I had two of each -for most of them-, and then started playing with them to create the formation you see in the photo..

I set them on white cardstock, making sure that they sat on the top right quarter of the page. I used a bit of foam adhesive to raise the ends of each triangle; this help to separate them bringing texture, dimension and interest to the page.

I added one of the border stickers to the edge of the sunburst formation, this helps to encase the papers. Then, I set the photos at the junction of all the paper tips ( the photos are framed with a paper from the 6x6 paper pad). I added a few stickers to the top left corner of the photos following the line of the paper strips.

To balance the page, I am using the bottom left quarter of the page to create my title. Here I mixed pieces from the Chit Chat pack and a few stickers. I made sure that the title was long so it sat under the photos. I added a few Sprinkles throughout the page, making sure they helped to bring your eye to specific areas of the page.

I love how this turned out, and it was so much fun to play with paper for this design. I hope it inspires you to use the Bunny Hop collection for your next project! XO

BUNNY HOP EASTER TOGETHER LAYOUT | with Brianna

Hey friends! Brianna Lepper here and I'm so excited that it's almost Spring!! Bring on the sunshine and all of the soft and pretty colors. The new Bunny Hop collection is so adorable and I had a lot of fun using it to document some photos of my boys on Easter a few years back. Even as teenagers, they still love to hunt for eggs and I hope to continue it year after year. Here's my page:

To start, I went through the patterned papers and chose both the Springtime Stripe and Everything Easter 12x12 papers. I loved the stripes from the Springtime Stripe paper and trimmed two strips of it to adhere to the sides of the Everything Easter paper. I wanted my photos and embellishments to pop, so I adhered a piece of white cardstock to the center of my page and then added stitching using my sewing machine.

Next, I matted my photos using the 6x6 Paper Pad and layered a large journaling piece from the Bits & Pieces pack. Since I had two photos, I needed one more to go behind my other photo, so I used one of the stickers on the Cardstock Sticker sheet. It was perfect! I then added some floral pieces from the Odds & Ends pack and layered them into the four corners of my page.

For my title, I used two words from the Chit Chat pack and adhered them to the center of my page. I popped the 'together' word up on foam tape to make sure it stood out a bit more. I also thought it would be cute if I framed it using a few eggs from the Colored Eggs Shape Sprinkles and the Odds & Ends pack.

Here's my other photo cluster that I adhered to the bottom left of my page. I felt like the top left and bottom right corners needed some large ephemera to fill in the space, so I pulled in two adorable bunnies and adhered them down.

Next, I added a few more embellishments using the Icons stickers and some of the Puffy Icons stickers. I also added in some sparkle with the Easter Mini Jewels.

This color palette and all of the adorable elements make me so happy! I can't wait to create with it again! Here's one last look:

Thank you so much for stopping by today, I hope that I've inspired you in some way! I'll see you in my next post friends!

BUNNY HOP EASTER BUNNY LAYOUT | with Tarrah

Easter is just around the corner and what better way to celebrate than with a cutesy layout featuring the gorgeous new Bunny Hop collection. This collection is just so EGGS-ellent and adorable! My 2 sons meeting the Easter Bunny are the subject of the photo, they are a little older than this now lol!

I decided on a grid-style design for my layout and cut out some large scalloped circle die-cuts and some smaller ones from various colors in the Bunny Hop textured cardstock pack. I also took the 6' x 6' paper pad and cut some regular circles die-cuts out and layered those on top of the scallops. I layered the smaller scalloped circles on top of the regular ones and love how they turned out!

I arranged them all on a piece of white cardstock and trimmed the cardstock down to measure 11' x 11' I then adhered this to the Easter Basket patterned paper. I adhered the title of the page to the centre circle using craft foam, taking the title from the Chit Chat pack.

I added sticker and die-cut embellishments from the Bits and Pieces pack, Odds and Ends pack and the This and That sticker sheet to all of the circles, pretending these were like small little layouts. I also added Hello Spring sprinkles and puffy sticker icons to decorate some of the die-cuts and to add texture too.

Thanks so much for stopping by the Doodlebug Design Inc blog today! Happy creating!

BUNNY HOP HELLO EASTER LAYOUT | with Tya

Hello Crafty friends! I am so excited that it is finally starting to feel a little bit like Spring! Today I am up on the blog sharing my project featuring the cute-as-can-be "Bunny Hop" collection.

I created a fun layout with a few selfies I took with a fun Easter Bunny Ears filter a few years back. I love how the colors match perfectly between my photos and the collection! Doodlebug does bright, happy, and fun so well and absolutely did not disappoint with this cute collection! Let me show you a few close-ups of the parts of my page:

I created my title by layering up 2 sentiments from the Chit Chat. I added the cute bunny and fun flowers, that are from the Odds and Ends and Bits and Pieces Ephemera on top of the Hello. Then some sprinkles in the flower centers. These are placed on a Cupcake Doily and a circle of the Spot of Spring paper. I love how the doily adds a bit of texture to this part. My journaling was typed out and added above the title.

I thought the Springtime Stripe paper was the perfect background for my layout. It was fun to do a play on the stripes on my bunny ears in the photo. I backed my photos on some coordinating textured cardstock. A cute flower cluster and "Im all Ears" speech bubble from the Chit Chat round out this part of the layout.

The bottom section of my layout is a fun one as I got to play with lots of the collection! As you can see, I added a section of Bubblegum Textured cardstock there and separated this part from the top part of the layout with a border sticker from the This and That sticker sheet and some festive yellow pom-pom trim from my stash! The pom-poms remind me of cute fluffy chickies! I cut out (10) 2x2 inch squares in two rows and got to decorate them all up with some goodies. I used some buttons and twine from my stash, a few pieces of Petite Prints, and then some cut parts and pattern papers from the 6x6 paper pad, some stickers from the Icon Sticker Sheet, and plenty of ephemera and Shape Sprinkles from the collection.

This fun collection was an absolute joy to create with and I am soooo excited to get to play with it more with all the Easter and Spring photos I have. I hope that I have inspired you today with this layout! This is a great one to recreate if you like to add lots of embellishments to your projects like I do! Doodlebug does some of THE best embellishments in the industry and this was a fun way to display them! Thank you very much for stopping by today! Have the best day and we will see you all next time!

BUNNY HOP BUNNY SMILES LAYOUT | with Nathalie

It has been a long winter season, and I am so looking forward to a change of weather and Easter. So, when the new Bunny Hop collection arrived, I quickly pulled the perfect pictures to document with this beautiful collection.

How cute is this!! I had an idea of weaving paper for a page, and when I saw the color stripes in the Bunny Hop paper, I quickly put this together.

I trimmed just one strip of each of the colors in the Bunny Hop paper, then wove then on slight angle. I glued them onto white cardstock, and trimmed the excess white cardstock. I framed the page with the Everything Easter paper.

First, I set my title in place. For this, I mixed Chit Chat with Gold Alphabet Soup to create my title, and placed it in the top left quarter of the page, I combined a few pieces Bits and Pieces with stickers to add a small floral cluster here.

Next, I cut two tags and used them as layers behind my photo. I set them on my page on an offset following the angle of the paper strip. I repeated the flower cluster and a few extra stickers.

Next, I added one last cluster at the left bottom corner of the photos. I pulled two bunny die cuts and added a few extra details to this cluster. I completed my page with a few Sprinkles

I love how this turned out, and I cannot wait to continue using the beautiful Bunny Hop collection to document my memories. XO
