FARMERS MARKET SO HAPPY LAYOUT | with Tarrah

Do you love flowers? If the answer is yes then read on! Today I am sharing a new scrapbook layout featuring the gorgeous Farmer's Market collection!

For this layout, I created a round wreath of flowers and leaves and I love how it turned out. I mainly took flowers and leaves from the Bits and Pieces die-cut pack. I chose the 'B' side of the Fall Berries patterned paper as my background paper and adhered the larger flowers in a circular shape using foam tape to add dimension. I arranged the large flowers so that not all the flowers of the same style and color were together.

Once the large flowers were placed, I added some of the larger leaves also from the Bits and Pieces pack, again making sure not to have the same ones too close together, this helps to draw the viewers eye around the wreath instead of drawing it to one particular area.

I placed my photo on the right-hand side, inside the wreath, adding foam tape, a note card and tab die-cut also from the Bits and Pieces pack underneath. My title is from the Chit Chat die-cut pack and this is also popped up using foam tape.

When all of the larger elements were placed on my layout, I then went ahead and added some of the smaller elements including more small floral die-cuts and some of the cute enamel shape Sprinkles on top of some of the florals and also peeking out from underneath the wreath too. Lastly I stamped the date stamp under the title and sprinkled some white mist.

Thank you so much for stopping by today! I hope you are inspired to make your own wreath using the Farmer's Market collection.

FARMERS MARKET MONOCROMATIC CARDS | with Niella

Hi crafty friends! We're in the last days of August already! Hasn't this year gone so fast! A new season is just around the corner! I am so happy to be bringing you some fresh produce from Farmers Market Collection today. Monochromatic greeting cards in raspy red, yippee yellow, gorge green and pretty purple tones, so sweet + savory! And there's a video showcasing each card and it's core at the end of this blog post - double win!

First, I started with the coordinating  card and envelope pack in this collection. I adore the colors and matching envelopes. These card packs are all matched to the Farmers Market collection and are super handy! I picked 4 from the 6 choices. Then, I reached into my Doodlebug stash and whipped out the Buffalo Check/Woodgrain Petite Prints in Cherry, Limeade, Orchid and Bumblebee to cut the front panel.

Next, using the Odd's & End's Vege Garden ephemera pack, I've handpicked several adorable fruits and vegetables we all love to cook with and eat! How cute is are the onions and the peppers! And that super cute radish? Deliciously cute!

I used foam dots and squares to pop the ephemera pieces from the card to give dimension! I love decorating in clusters and love adding in word sentiments and captions. Delightful! Lastly, I've decorated the front with Sprinkles - plain and glitter and Puffy Sprinkle Hearts. It gives each card that extra pizzaz! And as always, I use the doodlebug design logo on a couple of cards. I love that little touch of brand on my projects!

Which is your favorite? Aren't they super darling all together like one big happy family! You're sure to love making these! How about a fresh basket full of fruit and veggies and a card to gift? Even have some made up and if you sell produce at your local farmers market, you could have a whole bunch of cards to sell as well. That's fruit-ful and super fun, right!

BONUS: Let's watch the video to see the core of the cards!

Thanks a bunch crafty crew for visiting today! I hope I gave you a crafty hit of inspiration! Don't forget to tag us in on your socials - we're looking forward to seeing your next Doodlebug Design project! Until next time; doodle doo!

FARMERS MARKET SHADOWBOX INSERT DECOR PIECE | with Tya

Hello there crafty friends! I'm so excited to share my latest design team project with you all today! I love adding personal touches to my home decor and this project does just that!

I am always looking for fun ways to use the Shadow Box kits in a new and interesting way. I saw this beautiful woodgrain charger plate at my craft store and knew that the circle shape in the middle would be the perfect spot to add the Shadow Box kit!

I also found this beautiful floral pick that matched the Farmers Market collection perfectly so I decided to add a fun tag using some of the elements from the Chit Chat and the Bits and Pieces. I tied some yummy Bon Bon Chunky Twine on the tag to tie in the browns of the collection.

I just love this little sign with the chicken roosting on top! It made for such a cute addition to my tag!

On the right side of the plate, I added a few more die cuts from the ephemera. The beautiful colors on the Sprinkle enamel dots in this collection sure shine through and make a great center for the playful flowers.

The top of the plate needed a little something so this "Harvest Time" banner die cut from the Chit Chat ephemera fit just right!

I mounted the Shadow Box insert on the vellum included in the kit. I then backed it on some green textured cardstock and then the super cute plaid side of the "Farm Fresh" pattern paper. I added more of the chunky twine around the edge of the circle to add interest and again tie in the luscious browns in the collection.

I had so much fun making this home decor piece that is going to look great with all my other fall-themed decor! I hope I have inspired you today to use our Shadow Box kits outside the box! lol! Charger plates are great spots for these types of projects! Thank you for stopping by and we will see you all next time!

FARMERS MARKET AUTUMN BOXES | with Miguel

Autumn is already very close so today I created these beautiful basket-shaped boxes to give sweets or whatever you like, they are decorated with the Doodlebug Farmers Market collection.

What I like most when decorating was using these beautiful vegetables Puffy Icons!  See how cute they look in the center of the boxes!

I placed some eyelets on the sides for the basket handle so it would have movement to open the box.

I hope, as always, my work inspires you to continue creating with the beautiful Doodlebug products. See you soon!

FARMERS MARKET SUNFLOWER HARVEST LAYOUT | with Nathalie

Summer is coming to an end, that means time for harvest, pumpkins, and cozy weather. So, what better way to start documenting all those fun memories with the fun Farmers Market collection. Let's check what I have created.

I just love the colors in this collection, and they were perfect to document this photo of my niece and nephew at the Farmer's Market during Sunflower season.

I started with the Farm Fresh Paper, I loved the two sides of the paper, so having the corner fold helped me to showcase the two designs, while creating a focal spot for the picture. I then backed the empty space with a selection of contrasting papers from the collection,

I backed the photo with papers from the 6x6 paper pad, and set it at the end point of the folded paper's corner. I decided to use the edges of the fold to aid me on creating floral clusters for the page.

I added a few pieces from the Odds & Ends, and Bits & Pieces behind the photo. This layers help to make the picture pop amongst all the flower embellishments.

For my title, I am using the space above the folded edge to build a floral cluster and also place the title. The angle of the folded piece of paper was the perfect spot to add my title (Chit Chat pieces and Alphabet Soup gold puffy alphas)

To finish my page, I added a few extra sprinkles around the floral clusters. I just love how it all turned out, and I hope this inspires you to check the beautiful Farmers Market collection. XO

FARMERS MARKET EASEL MINI ALBUM | with Kathy

I am so excited for fall!  It is my absolute favorite time of year! Apple picking, selecting the perfect pumpkin, baking... the cool air and pretty leaves, it's all fabulous in my book!  I was excited to work with the Farmers Market Collection again, the colors, icons... everything reminds me of my favorite season!  I created this fun easel mini.. I thought it would look great on my desk.  Take a peek....

To create my base, I started with 2 pieces of chipboard, both 4.5" x 6.5" for the "covers" then a third piece of chipboard measuring 2.25" x 6.5" for the base.  I covered the piece like I would if I were making and album cover, but instead of adding pages inside, I added mine on the outside!

My pages measure 5.5" x 4.25".  I cut them from the 6x6 pad using a stitched rectangle die, but you could always just use your trimmer.

I then set to decorating all of my pages.  I added photo mounts which measure 4.5" x 3.25".  I decorated my pages with Odds, & Ends, Chit Chat Pieces, Bits & Pieces, Icon Stickers, Shaped Sprinkles and of course some Doodle Pops!   Once I had all my pages decorated, I used my Cinch Mini to punch my holes, and bind my easel.  Take a peek....

For a little more interest, I added a couple of the tags from the Bits & Pieces which I decorated with Icon Stickers and a Doodle Pop!

I can't wait to fill this with my favorite fall photos!  As a bonus, I created a video short to show a flip through of my mini.

I do want it noted that I did not hoard my Doodle Pops this time, I actually used 4!!!  Will miracles never cease....That's it for me today, thank you for stopping by to peek!
