Stitched Mini Album by Amanda

by Amanda Coleman

I love how different every mini album I see our team create turn out. Who would have thought that combining our darling Fruit Stand Collection along with your sewing machine would create this darling mini album.
She created the cover by stitching this darling yellow ribbon along the back with her sewing machine.
Start by taking a second piece of paper cut the same size as your cover and scored in the center. This is your base that you will SEW (yep I said sew) the various pages into the book. When you're finished you'll adhere this into the cover (covering all the bottom side on the underside.
Isn't it cute how she mixed up various papers along with some Create-a-Card envelopes.

Don't forget to embellish the inside of your cover, both front and back pages. Isn't it cute how she used an envelope to add tags for "Ideas".

Isn't this a cute way to assemble a mini book out of any scrapbook collection you chose! Be sure to return for another great mini album inspiring project.

Are you ready for a fruity fiesta?! Today I am sharing some cute little ideas that you could use for your own party theme. Just a few simple ideas to get your wheels turning. Summer is all about fun outdoor parties, right? You can set up a refreshing fruit bar by the pool and use Doodlebug's 'Fruit Stand' Collection for your décor.

Set up your table and display a cute little 'menu' by your food.

I love using my Silhouette to create custom party décor. Like these fun cupcake wrappers and toppers! Yummy!

Customize some paper straws with a Doodle-Pop sticker.. quick and easy!

And don't forget to send your guests away with a party favor! I die cut these cute watermelon slice boxes and filled them with gummy fruit candies.

That's it! I hope you've liked these cute 'fruity fiesta' ideas! Happy crafting!

Simply Put: Sweet Summer 8x8 Album by Jodi

Sweet Summer 8x8 Album
by Jodi Wilton

For this project, I wanted to use the storybook 8x8 album, since I have never really scrapped in this size before. I thought, given the smaller size of the album, it would be perfect for a yearly vacation album, where I can add our favorite photos from the cottage from each year. I also can add some "history" of the cottage from photos that my grandparents had and really be able to create an album that tells a story.

Being that we travel to the cottage every summer, I thought the Fruit Stand Collection would be perfect to highlight some fun summer photos.  I started off with my cover page- a large picture of what the cottage is known for- being close to Bon Echo Rock.  My next double page spread was a favorite picture of each of my kids followed by some favorite swimming photos. The Simply Put Album inserts are perfect for this type of project, and make the pages come together so fast!  For extra embellishments I added some Doodlebug Twine and Doodle-pops.

Summertime Wood Cutout Sign + Memo Holder

Summer Wood Cut-out Sign
by Tiffany Hood

We loved how this turned out! Tiffany Hood picked up this fun Summer wood cut out sign from a local store we have here in Utah that sells unfinished wood craft projects called Wood Connection. With a quick coat of paint, mod podge on some of the fun Fruit Stand papers and add a bit of glitter here and there and you have a darling, colorful home decor project!!

Fruit Stand Card Creations

Fresh Basket of Cards
by Tamara Tripodi

I am just in LOVE with the Fruit Stand collection! I immediately thought it would be fun to make a fruit basket. As I was making it, I decided to create little fruit themed cards to go inside. How cute is this? The Create-a-Card system is perfect for making quick and easy note cards.

Fruity Card Trio
by Shellye McDaniel

Thanks A Bunch
The 6x6 Paper Pads are ideal for cardmaking...the designs are scaled down a bit from the larger 12x12 prints, so they are perfectly proportionate for card-fronts.  Utilize punches and dies to create one-of-a-kind backgrounds and mats for embellishments
You're Berry Sweet
I turned the Swiss Dot Card inside out and covered the pre-cut hole with a banner layered embellishment.  A mix of buttons were threaded and then added to the top of the card with Glue Dots.
Hello Sunshine
I let the design from the Simply Put Album Inserts do the work for me here!  For a little added pop, I added the sticker sentiment with foam dots and stitched on a couple of buttons.

Aloha Card
by Sherry Cartwright
I created a sunburst background using a variety of patterned papers from the fruit stand collection. This is the perfect solution for scraps!
