Home Run Collection: Gift Set by Wendy Sue

Do you have a little slugger in your life?  Or a kiddo who aspires to be one?  This little set of gifts featuring the "Home Run" collection would be perfect for any little baseball player!

I used three different types of cut files to create these three boxes:

A circle box - embellished with some chunky twine, doodle tape, stickers, and  sprinkles shapes:

And a cute little square box, closed up tight with doodle tape.  And the front is decorated with sticker pennants, banners, and an oversized baseball sticker!

This gift bag is one of my favorites - embellished with stickers, chunky twine, and more doodle tape!

Of course, your little champ needs a card reminding him of that:

And why not add a little more fun this festive set with a mini banner that he can put up in his room to enjoy long after his special day!

Home Run Collection: Batter Up Layout

Hi Everyone!  It's Kathy today with a layout featuring the new Home Run Collection.  This is such a fun collection that can be used for everything from a visit to a Major League game to a pick up game in the neighborhood.  I used it to scrap these pictures of my daughter playing in the front yard from back in 2004... take a peek...

The colors and patterns in the Home Run Collection are great,  They are so easy to mix and match!  I also LOVE the chain link pattern on the Backstop paper!  The stickers are fun too.. love the Baseball Doodle Pop!

I added a little tag to my layout and topped it off with some new Chunky Twine in Ladybug... the Chunky twine is awesome!

My title was created using some Ladybug Chippers and a Sprinkles Shape Baseball for the dot in my exclamation point.  I just couldn't resist!  Make sure to stop by the blog all this week and next for more Home Run inspiration!  That's it for me today, thanks for stopping by!



Home Run Collection: All Stars layout by Tya

 Hi there Doodlebug fans! It's Tya here on the blog today introducing Doodlebug's baseball themed line called "Home Run" - and they really hit it out of the park with this awesome line! It was so fun to be able to scrap these fun pictures of my little sluggers! And as you can see - the line is perfect for girls and boys both!

 I had a lot of fun making this layout because the pattern papers that come with this line are so great! Tons of icons that perfectly capture this fun sport. I used some Ladybug Chippers letters for my title and the baseball Doodlepop added the perfect dimension I was looking for.

 The This and That sticker sheet has some really fun icons on them. I used the pennant stickers and combined them with some Pixies to make pennants. They added a fun and festive touch. I also added some word stickers and some star stickers from the This and That line as well. The little stars have a Bon Bon mini sprinkle in them .The stars have a baseball shaped Sprinkle to add a little pop as well.

I added some journaling that I typed up on my computer and used a notebook paper edge punch for some dimension.
