SEASIDE SUMMER DOWN BY THE SEASHORE LAYOUT | with Tarrah

Have a lil surfer or water lover in your life? The gorgeous Seaside Summer collection is perfect to document these memories! My niece is showing off her clever surfing skills, the Seaside Summer collection was perfect to capture this cute memory!

The patterned papers in the Seaside Summer collection are so super cute! I knew I wanted to use a few of them on my layout so I decided on a pie chart design, choosing a pie chart cut file and cutting it from white cardstock, I then added 8 of the different patterned papers behind each of the 'slices of pie', once the slices were all backed, I trimmed down the white cardstock and adhered it on to the Surf's Up patterned paper. I then used my black journal pen to free-hand draw some fake stitches around the pie.

I absolutely LOVE the Sea Friends washi tape!! I added a piece of this to the top left corner and bottom right corner of the layout. I placed my photo on the right side of the middle of the pie chart, layering some of the Bits and Pieces on both the left and right of the photo. I adhered my photo down with craft foam to add dimension. Over on the left of the layout, I added one of the large palm trees from the Bits and Pieces pack also using craft foam.

The other Doodle Pops that I added were the gorgeous sea creatures from the Shore is Fun pack, don't they look cute on my page?! When I saw the fish puffy stickers, I knew that I just had to add some on top of my layout, I love how they look!

Who doesn't love Doodle Pops right? They are sooo super cute and perfect embellishments for your projects! I added the boat to the bottom right corner of the photo and the sun and cloud from the same pack up in the sun paper quadrant, the title of the layout was also adhered under the photo, I chose the 'Down by the Seashore' piece also from the Bits and Pieces pack. I added some of the words and phrases from the This and That sticker sheet to help tell the story of my layout.

I hope you get some time to document some of your Summer memories, why not try the Seaside Summer collection?! Thanks so much for stopping by today!

SEASIDE SUMMER HAWAII 2017 LAYOUT | with Brianna

Hey friends! Brianna Lepper here today and I'm so excited to share a layout using the Seaside Summer collection. I absolutely LOVE this collection. It's so fun and has the perfect icons to create scenes on your projects. Here's my page:

To start, I grabbed the 12x12 coordinating cardstock pack and pulled out the Dolphin and Bon Bon papers to create both the ocean and the sand for my page. I of course just had to make a beach scene on my layout and I'm so excited that I did! To make the Dolphin paper look more like the ocean, I added a wavy edge to it and then I took some white paint and dabbed it on the edges as well. I then added some brown ink to the Bon Bon paper to give it some shading. Next, I adhered both papers to the Surf's Up patterned paper.

Next, I went through the Bits & Pieces pack and pulled out a large palm tree and popped it up on foam tape. To create more of a "beach day" type scene, I also added in a few of the Puffy Icons stickers. Everything is so cute!

I then matted my photo using the Island Tropics 12x12 paper and centered in the middle of my layout. I embellished around it using a few Bits & Pieces and some stickers from the Cardstock Stickers.

I popped up these adorable beach houses from the Icons stickers and arranged them on the sand portion of my page. I also added the date and location using the Alphabet Soup Puffy stickers in white.

I wanted to add some sea creatures to the ocean portion of my page so I adhered ones from the Down By The Sea Shape Sprinkles and a few from the Puffy Icons stickers. To finish that section off, I added in the Sail-ebrate Good times Doodle-Pop. I love how this part turned out! So colorful and fun!

Here's one last look at this Summery page!

Thank you so much for stopping by today, I hope that I've inspired you in some way. Do you like to create scenes on your projects? This collection is perfect to do just that! See you in my next post friends. xo

HOMETOWN USA FUN FAMILY REUNION LAYOUT | with Nathalie

We are heading into Summer, warmer weather, ice cream. and all things sunny and nice. And, though I am not in the USA, the new Hometown USA collection is perfect to document your adventures, Summer stories, and others. Let's take at I have created for my first project with it

Though the color combination is true Americana, it also vibrant and so ideal for documenting one of those infamous Covid family picnics.

I started by choosing simple patterns from the 12x12 papers, and trimmed them into chevrons. I set them at the very top of white cardstock. I wanted them to point directly to the photos of the kids spending time together.

Next, I used the 6x6 paper pad to frame the photos, and set them in place. I added just a few embellishments around the photos themselves, but decided to create a large title that will help balance the page.

I love Chit Chat packs, there is always a sentiment that matches the story. I combined a few extra pieces from the Bits and Pieces and Odds & Ends packs to make the title pop a bit more.

To tie everything together, I added a few of the little birds and sprinkles all over each of the clusters. I love how the silver foiling just pops amongst these colors.

I hope this inspires you to get your memories ready to document them with the beautiful Hometown USA collection! XO

PETITE PRINTS SUN & FUN LAYOUT | with Nathalie

Summer is here! and I am loving documenting all the memories it brings with the new Petite Prints that were just released! I know we all love patterned paper, and having coordinating colors of small prints makes it so easy to add your memories in style. Let me show you what I have created.

This time, I pulled the new 6x6 paper pads from the Candy Stripe-Sprinkles and Plaid-Polka Dot collections for this layout.

I wanted to add a rainbow to my page. So, I cut 2.25" strips of paper from the pads to create my idea of the color formation on the page!

Using a large generic alpha die, I created a partial cut of the words SUN & FUN at the ends of the paper strips. I used a craft knife to clean the extra paper from each cut!

Then it was all about attaching them to one of the new Plain-Polka Dot prints in the rainbow color formation. I added the photos so they are centered in the paper strips. Then it was all about adding a few embellishments!

I am using a selection of embellishments from the Seaside Summer collection to complete my page. Just love how it all came together!

Be sure to check the new Petite Prints collections. They are the perfect complement to our beloved Doodlebug collections, and beyond! XO
