TINSEL TIME CHRISTMAS MERRY & BRIGHT LAYOUT | with Tarrah

May your days be Merry and Bright with the gorgeous Tinsel Time collection! This collection is absolutely beautiful and I had such fun creating with it! Isn't my photo the cutest?! It's of my youngest son about 8 years ago now when the cutest elf outfit fit him! I just had to snap some photos of him in it!

I love all the various Christmas trees in the Odds and Ends pack so I arranged lots of them at the bottom of a trimmed down piece of plain white cardstock and placed my photo amongst them as well. I adhered the white piece cardstock to the 'B' side of the 12' x 12' Festive Floral patterned paper.

I popped up some of the trees using foam tape and also adhered some with regular tape, I love how this adds various levels of dimension. I took some of the pretty sprinkles and puffy stickers and added them to the Christmas trees, again for more dimension and color.

The tag to the left of my photo is from the Bits and Pieces pack and my titles are from the Chit Chat pack. I placed that adorable deer Doodle-pop on top the tag, I mean how can you go past that cute deer on page!

I took some of the word and phrase stickers from the This and That Sticker sheet and placed these above my photo and I also adhered the Christmas lights die-cuts to each top corner, again adding the corresponding Sprinkles over the top of them. The Christmas lights die-cuts are from the Bits and Pieces pack. A few more smaller embellishments placed around my page and the date stamp finished my page and I love how it turned out.

Thanks so much for stopping by today! I hope I have inspired you to get your Christmas craft on with the beautiful Tinsel Time collection!! Happy creating!

FARMHOUSE FALL NAPKIN RINGS | with Tarrah

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Do you like to decorate your table for Thanksgiving? I created 5x napkin holders using the Farmhouse collection and I love how they turned out!

I chose 5 different papers from the 6' x 6' paper pad and trimmed them to 3.5 inches x 6 inches and curled them around to create circles to be able to place napkin into.

I then cut some more strips of different and smaller papers to adhere over the top of the first papers. Next was the fun part of embellishing each one! I knew I wanted to add the Little Charmers to them so I tied all 3 available in the Farmhouse collection to my napkin holders using various colours of Doodle Twine.

I chose die-cuts and puffy stickers for the centres of them, adhering them using foam tape to add dimension to each of them. I also added word stickers from the This and That sticker sheet and also one of the scalloped border stickers to one of the napkin holders too.

Isn't the turkey just so adorable in the Farmhouse collection?! He is so super cute and just had to be featured on one of my napkin holders! These napkin holders make a perfect decoration for your table placements for Thanksgiving! I hope you will give these a try!

Thanks so much for stopping by today! Happy creating!

FARMHOUSE OUR FAMILY LAYOUT | with Tarrah

Autumn is such a wonderful time of year with the beautiful colours and the drop in temperature, the beautiful Farmhouse collection is perfect for documenting your Fall memories. I created a layout today documenting a photo of myself and my parents and siblings from a few years ago.

I decided to use lots of the gorgeous 12' x 12' papers on this layout. I did trim them down and layered them on top of each other, layering 3 papers on top of each other and then placing some vertically and some horizontally to a plain white cardstock background. I took one of the scalloped border stickers from the This and That sticker sheet and placed it under the horizontal papers.

I adhered one of the papers from the 6' x 6' paper pad under my photo and then placed the photo in the centre where the vertical and horizontal papers overlap. I absolutely LOVE the Doodle Pops so of course I added one to this layout! I placed it to the right of my photo.

I took some of the titles from the Chit Chat pack and decided on Our Family, I placed it to the right of my photo also adding some pumpkins and other word banners. I took some of the Sprinkles and layered them over the top of the die-cuts for extra dimension and texture. Some of the die-cuts I added using foam tape and some I used regular tape.

I love how my layout turned out! I absolutely LOVE Doodlebug products! I hope you are inspired to use the Farmhouse collection for your Fall/Autumn memories.

Thanks so much for stopping by today! Happy creating!

HEY PUMPKIN SPOOKY LAYOUT | with Tarrah

Happy Halloween!! Halloween is one of my favorite memories to document! Who doesn't love getting all dressed up and getting free candy right?! The Hey Pumpkin collection is perfect for documenting all those recent photos you took this Halloween! I chose to document a photo from a few years ago as it went well with this collection.

I chose a paper from the 6' x 6' paper pad to layer under my photo and I chose the 'B' side of the Boo-Tiful Bouquet paper from my background. I also ripped a piece of the Peek-A-Boo paper and glued it showing the 'B' side to the left of the layout, ruffling the edges to create some more texture.

I adhered my photo using foam tape and took one of the stickers from the This and That sticker sheet and placed it to the right of my photo. I chose the Spooky title from the Chit Chat pack as my title, placing this below my photo and also using foam tape to give the page some dimension.

Over the top of the sticker next to the photo, I took one of the super cute Doodle Pops and placed it over the top, I love how the Doodle Pops add layers, texture and dimension! I use them as much as I can! I also took 2 of the cupcake Doodle Pops and added those to my layout as well.

At the top and bottom of my photo, I tucked in the spider web die-cuts and added a Doodle Pop and a Puffy spider to each, again to add some more interest and dimension on the page. How can you go past those spiders? I mean they are soooo cute!! On the left of my photo, I added the tree die-cut with the colored balls on it and a ghost with a bat puffy sticker layered on top. I just love the cute creatures in t his collection!

A few smaller embellishments finished off the layout and I stamped the date stamp to complete my page. I love how it turned out and I hope you are inspired to document your Halloween photos with the cute Hey Pumpkin collection! Happy creating!

HEY PUMPKIN COFFIN TREAT BOXES | with Tarrah

When you think of Halloween, do you think of treats or scary things? I have combined both making some coffin treat boxes using the gorgeous Hey Pumpkin collection!

I used a cut file from Lori Whitlock and some beetle black cardstock to create the coffin shaped boxes. They were super easy to put together!

When you take off the lid of the coffin, you get a surprise pop out character! I used vellum folded up to adhere the characters to pop out of the box. I added a witch and spiders, some ghosts and some bats.

For the tops of the boxes I chose some papers from the 6" x 6" paper pad and who can go past the gorgeous Doodle Pops?! I added 3 to the tops of the boxes but then I also added some stickers from the This and That sticker sheet and Doodle twine around them as well.

I also added Shape Sprinkles, Bits and Pieces die-cuts and puffy stickers to decorate them also.

I absolutely love how these turned out! They would make a great gift or table placement for a Halloween party! I hope you give these a go!

HEY PUMPKIN HALLOWEEN WREATH | with Tarrah

It's time to decorate for Halloween! And what better way to start with a wreath to hang on your front door! I love how all the gorgeous colors are showcased in my wreath from the Hey Pumpkin collection!

To create this wreath I chose nearly all of the papers in the Hey Pumpkin collection and trimmed strips from them all to measure roughly 2 inches x 10 inches. Some papers I did repeat to fill up the wreath. I then took my banner punch and punched the very ends of each end of the paper strips. I chose a polystyrene foam circle that I have had in my stash for ages to glue them all to.

Altogether there are 28 paper strips on my wreath, I was sure to not place similar patterns and colors too close together, arranging them to even out the patterns and colors as much as possible. I slightly overlapped each paper strip to ensure the foam circle was covered. Once all of the paper strip banners were glued in place, I added some black ribbon at the top and tied a bow, I also attached the gorgeous Hey Pumpkin Just Charming Clip and Key Chain to hang down.

When the paper strip banner were all dry, I added a piece of the gorgeous Homespun heavyweight acetate to the back of the wreath. I did have to wait a while for this to dry before I started on the really fun part of embellishing! I added the round October 31 die-cut from the Chit Chat pack to the centre of the acetate also.
I added titles from the Chit Chat pack to the top and bottom of the wreath and some small speech bubbles as well. From the Bits and Pieces pack, I added lots of the floral pieces to the title below and at the top as well.

The Puffy Stickers in the Hey Pumpkin collection are super cute, I added some floral ones over the top of the die-cut flowers at the bottom, a pumpkin and a spider near the bottom title, some bats to the sides of the wreath and some pumpkin puffys to the top floral piece.

I absolutely LOVE how my wreath turned out and the best thing was it was SO EASY to make! I hope you inspired to create your very own wreath with the Hey Pumpkin collection! Happy creating!

HEY PUMPKIN HALLOWEEN LAYOUT | with Tarrah

I absolutely LOVE Halloween and the dress ups that go with it! Each year my son loves to dress up and go trick or treating! The Hey Pumpkin collection is just the cutest for documenting your Halloween memories!

I think my layout looks Spooktacular! What do you think?

I started out by choosing 3x 12' x 12' patterned papers. I chose 3 patterned papers and the Homespun acetate paper. The 'B' side of the Peek-A-Boo paper is my background, the Homespun acetate is layered over the top, the Jack-O-Lanterns paper was ripped and added to the top left corner and bottom right corner and 2 strips from the Eek paper were added also. I love the texture that ripping the paper creates on my layout.

My photo was added using foam tape and I layered a paper from the 6' x 6' paper pad underneath the photo. On the right side of the photo, I added a tab sticker from the This and That sticker sheet. The October 31st and the Trick or Treat stickers are also from the This and That sticker sheet. The Trick or Treat one I added using foam tape also.

The title is from the Chit Chat pack and this is also popped up using foam tape. I also took out some of the star die-cuts also from the Chit Chat pack and scattered them around the page. I did the same with the bat die-cuts from the Odds and Ends pack. I added some enamel dots to all of the stars to add some more texture, dimension and colour.

Lastly I added some pumpkins from the Shape Sprinkles and the Odds and Ends packs. I also layered a Shape Sprinkle spider to the top of the title. Thanks so much for stopping by today!
Happy creating!

FARMERS MARKET SO HAPPY LAYOUT | with Tarrah

Do you love flowers? If the answer is yes then read on! Today I am sharing a new scrapbook layout featuring the gorgeous Farmer's Market collection!

For this layout, I created a round wreath of flowers and leaves and I love how it turned out. I mainly took flowers and leaves from the Bits and Pieces die-cut pack. I chose the 'B' side of the Fall Berries patterned paper as my background paper and adhered the larger flowers in a circular shape using foam tape to add dimension. I arranged the large flowers so that not all the flowers of the same style and color were together.

Once the large flowers were placed, I added some of the larger leaves also from the Bits and Pieces pack, again making sure not to have the same ones too close together, this helps to draw the viewers eye around the wreath instead of drawing it to one particular area.

I placed my photo on the right-hand side, inside the wreath, adding foam tape, a note card and tab die-cut also from the Bits and Pieces pack underneath. My title is from the Chit Chat die-cut pack and this is also popped up using foam tape.

When all of the larger elements were placed on my layout, I then went ahead and added some of the smaller elements including more small floral die-cuts and some of the cute enamel shape Sprinkles on top of some of the florals and also peeking out from underneath the wreath too. Lastly I stamped the date stamp under the title and sprinkled some white mist.

Thank you so much for stopping by today! I hope you are inspired to make your own wreath using the Farmer's Market collection.

AT THE ZOO - DAY AT THE ZOO LAYOUT | with Tarrah

Who doesn't love a trip to the zoo?! I have had these photos of my sons visiting Sydney's Taronga Zoo printed for quite some time now (probably 8 years lol!) waiting for the perfect collection to document them. The At the Zoo collection is awesome and was perfect for my photos, I love how my layout turned out!

As I had 6 photos to document and I wanted to use them all on one page, I decided on a grid design for my layout. Grid designs are excellent for keeping things uniform and neat on a page without going too overboard!

I started with the Zoo paper for my background and trimmed down the 'B' side of the Roly Poly Pandas paper and adhered this to the Zoo paper. All of my photos are backed with papers from the 6' x 6' paper pad and popped up using craft foam underneath. The Zippity Zoo Dots paper was added as a horizontal strip in the centre of the layout.

3 border strip stickers and the plaque title sticker that reads 'Day at the Zoo' were added from the This and That sticker sheet. On either side of the title I added some greenery die-cuts from the Odds and Ends pack. To help draw the viewer's eye to each of the photos, I added a super cute Doodle-Pop or a cardstock icon sticker or an enamel sticker to them. The animals are just adorable in this collection!!

I added some more phrase and word stickers from the This and That sticker sheet to help tell the story of the trip to the zoo. I stamped the date stamp from the day we visited the zoo and also took 4 of the black Zoo Assortment Matte Sprinkles enamel dots and added one to each of the 4 corners of the layout, I love how this finishes off the page.

Thank you so much for stopping by today! I hope you are inspired to document your wild animal adventures using the At the Zoo collection!  Happy creating!
