Under the Sea Collection: Little Girl Gift Set by Piali

Hello Doodlebug Fans!!

Piali here , today I have a fun gift idea to share with you all...
 A giftset for a little toddler...a princess!!

I used the new Under The Sea collection.

A card for a little mermaid and nested frame gift set.

Love the pretty colors of this collection.
The mermaid doodle pop is the cutest thing ever.
Did you see the bubble Sprinkles?...Its amazing!

I found a set of nesting frames in pretty purple color..

I created this 3 piece gift set....
The smallest frame is for the sweet photograph of the baby girl...I just added the banner sticker and the bubbles.
Next one is for a wall decor.. for her room.
I used the 6x6 paper for it.

The biggest frame is for a baby game..
The matching game!!!
I framed the tiny 1x1" prints and used the second sheet of the same paper and cut out the same icons.
I inserted them in a photo sleeves and fused it close with a fuse tool.
Then punched hole and added a ring holder.

Baby girl can play while she is in the car or in her stroller...as the nesting frame in deep , the small pieces won't fall while moving.
This game is completely waterproof and can sterilized by wiping it with wipes or so.
Perfectly baby friendly, isn't it?

Thanks for stopping by..
Happy Crafting!
Piali.

Under the Sea Collection: Commotion in the Ocean Double-Page Layout by Mendi

Hello Doodlebugs!  It's Mendi here today.   I'm thrilled to be back sharing another 2-page layout, this time using Doodlebug's fun, new Under The Sea collection.
Doodlebug Design Under The Sea 2-page Scrapbook Layout by Mendi Yoshikawa
I was super excited to be able to visit the CHA trade show and Doodlebug's adorable booth for the first time this year so I was determined to find a way to take inspiration from their booth and use portholes on my scrapbook page!  To do this I created a special cutting file on my Silhouette that I am sharing as a free download HERE.

I cut each porthole once from cardstock and then a slightly smaller version twice from Silhouette's chipboard.  It designed extra thin so your machine can handle it so I think glued all the layers together with a glue pen.  When I was done I added 12 white mini brads to the provided holes and back it with a circle cut from the beach treasures patterned paper.

I love the depth that little bit of chipboard gives to the scene!  I embellished the portholes with icon stickers popped up with foam tape.  Doodlebug's new Bubble Sprinkles were the perfect finishing touch!

To balance out my portholes, I added a fun little scene to the bottom, left-hand corner of my layout using the Mermaid Doodlepop and more fun stickers from the icon sticker sheet.

Before I go I thought I would share a picture of Doodlebug's beautiful booth that inspired my page (unfortunately The portholes were on the interior walls and I didn't get a very good picture).  ;)

I had so much fun with this page!  I hope I've inspired you to pick up some of this happy collection and create some fun for yourself.  ;)

Under the Sea Collection: So Sweet Layout by Traci Penrod

Happy Monday Doodlebug friends!  It's Traci from Artsy Albums and I'm excited to share my Under the Sea layout with you today!
This collection is so perfect for anything girly ... so don't just think "beach".  It worked perfectly for these adorable dress-up photos of my niece.  How fun is it that she and the mermaid have matching headbands!!  LOL!
I created a little scene in the top corner using the new shape sprinkles that come with this collection, and added some adorable bubble sprinkles next to my little mermaid.
I love fancy frills border stickers, so I decided to add a bunch of them to the bottom of the page along with more sprinkle dots.  It was an added bonus that the cute sea critters were peeking out underneath! I hope my page has inspired you to create something adorable with Under the Sea!!  Thanks for visiting ... and please stop by my blog and say hello sometime!
