LET IT SNOW BIRTHDAY CARDS | with Karen

Every year after Christmas, it has become a tradition for me to sit down and use my latest Christmas collection to try to create some winter themed birthday cards. Doodlebug always creates such a wonderful Christmas collection that it is hard for me to put it away. On top of that, the collections are usually so versatile that it is easy to use them in different ways. And with a slew of birthdays in the winter in our family, it has become a useful and fun annual challenge. All-3-Start

I had eagerly been waiting to use the Arctic Friends stamps for this project. This set is full of fun critters that can be used in all sorts of fun ways. With coordinating Doodlecuts, you can stamp and cut in no time at all!

Red-Card

The Let It Snow Bits and Pieces create the perfect layering pieces to add dimension to your cards. They come in all sorts of fun shapes like tags and little sheets of paper, so layering them up on your cards is fun and easy. And they happen to be the perfect size for the stamps too!

Blue-Card

The sentiments that you will find in this stamp set are perfect for winter greeting cards too - no Christmas themed sentiments here! Just fun little puns that you can use for birthdays or other fun greetings.

Green-Card

Top your cards with some pretty mini jewels and/or some mini paper clips and you have a fun layered nd textured card that is as fun to look at as it is to receive.

All-3-end

To be honest, I actually can't wait to make more of these cards. In fact, I think even our family summer babies might be getting ones from this collection too! I hope they made you smile.

Thanks for stopping by!

LET IT SNOW MINI ALBUM | with Traci

Happy Tuesday friends, and Happy New Year!! I hope everyone is looking forward to lots of creative and crafty adventures ahead in 2022! I know I am! My mini album passion just keeps my brain in overdrive most days, so I'm excited to share a fun new acrylic album with you today.

I'm absolutely loving the Let It Snow collection.  Not only is it perfect for Christmas photos, but it has all the adorable winter feels too!  So, my friends who are living the snow life right now ... here's one for you!

I created this fun acrylic album with my laser printer (the album will be available in my shop this Friday) and used lots of cute Let It Snow product ... 12x12 papers, odds & ends, chit chat, bits & pieces, and sprinkles.  The key to a cute acrylic album???  Finding die cuts, (hello snowpeople!)  that match up back to back.

See those cute little tag tops across the acrylic tabs?  Those are from the 6x6 sheet called To & From.  And the adorable little centers are dots from the Frosty Friends shape sprinkles.  I just love tiny little shiny dots!! :)

Hi Harry!  Good to see you back this year! ❤️

For this page, I used a card from the Sweet Santa paper, a little mat called Merry & Bright, and one of my favorite pieces from the Bits & Pieces.  I love scallop circles!
I thought you might like to see a little flip through of the album so ....

Thanks so much for checking in!  I hope my project has inspired you to be creative today.  Until next time ... happy crafting!

LET IT SNOW WINTER TREAT BAGS | with Wanda

Hi friends! Happy New Year! I hope 2022 brings you lots of happiness, fun and of course, crafty good times! I'm here today to share a Winter themed project I made with the Let It Snow Collection! This collection is so versatile...you can pick and choose so many different elements and themes from it. Today's projects feature the adorable snow people found in the collection. Snow people are great for both Christmas and Winter in general. I made some treat favors and a mini card. This would be a great suite of things for a party. You could use any wonderful Doodlebug Collection to tailor it to your occasion. I do love an aqua/pink/red color combination too!

I used some cello bags and filled them with Sixlets in the prettiest shade of aqua to look like snowballs! I added my topper and used the Let It Snow collection along with Chunky Twine and Mini Doilies. So easy and fun to make these treats. The staples that hold the topper in place are covered with the pretty patterned papers.

I die cut and decorated a couple of treat bags! I do love these red and white stripes!! I added Doodle Cuts Mini Tags, some tiny clothespins and also some more twine to add embellishment.

Here's a little mini card that you can use with your treats or just so easy to put in a gift card or use as a place card! If you swap out the sentiment, this could also be a super cute Valentine card!
